Twincast G1 Encore 22 Takara Tomy 2012 with Nightstalker and Stripes

Here’s a Japan-only issue of Blaster redone in blue and yellow -named as “Twincast.”  I bought this because I didn’t have any of the Autobot tapes.  I thought he was worth it for 80 dollars since he came with two of the Autobot tapes. I’ve also included a picture of Blaster for comparison.

    Looks like you got the Transformers Encore #22 that came out in 2012. This is a Takara reissue from 1987. Takara never released it here unfortunately.

      Yeah, I’d never seen this before and thought it’d be cool to have the “other” version of Blaster. Since it came with two Autobot tapes made it ever more appealing because I was looking to buy the tapes but they’re kind of expensive for what they are! I usually see complete tapes going for 30 bucks! I just don’t think they’re worth 30. I’d pay 15. I saw an entire lot of Decepticon/Autobot tapes for about 160 I think – far too much for what I would want to pay.
